FAQ

Find the answer to commonly asked questions as a new client:

  • Q: What is the basis of The Besser Approach?

A: The Besser Approach developed as a result of years of hands-on experiences with clients in a post-rehab setting. It became apparent that a dynamic approach rather than a rigid method needed to be created in order to offer each client a unique, personalized program of optimum health and wellness. Nancy Besser's intuitive sense of bio-mechanics and the ability to discern causes for muscular imbalances and compensatory actions along with detailed academic study allowed her to see how to address each specific client's needs in a variety of settings.

  • Q: What should I wear for the workout?

A: You should wear clothes that are comfortable and allow us to see your body alignment. Tank tops, t-shirts, Capri pants, or any type of sweat pants/work-out attire are recommended for both men and women.
